What to Expect

What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment

Knowing what to expect at your first appointment will help make the process more relaxed and pleasant for both you and your pet. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to check in and fill out our New Patient Form. We ask that you bring any prior medical history or vaccine records, they can be emailed before your appointment too.

Meet Your Veterinarian

A member of our team will review your pet's history and discuss their issues. You can ask any questions you want, and we'll dedicate time to answering them.

Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment

Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.

After your visit, we will give you directions for a follow up plan and information on any medications you may have received, as well as your pet's future treatments or updates. We will keep this information on hand for whenever you need it.

Our team is passionate about preventative care, client education, and providing outstanding medical services to all of our four-legged patients and their proud owners.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other pets in need.
